Your role in our mission

As our Program Manager, People Programs, you will design, launch, and scale programs that strengthen our workplace culture, foster growth, and drive retention. You will drive the day to day operations of core People programs—focusing on onboarding, performance management, engagement, and talent development. Partnering closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders, you will help translate organizational needs into structured programs that support employees across their entire employee lifecycle.

Your roadmap to success

First 30 Days Get hands-on with core platforms (Lattice, Udemy, Donut) and master standard workflows. Through shadowing onboarding, performance, and Pulse survey execution, you'll establish baseline metrics and forge direct relationships with key stakeholders.

By 60 Days Drive key deliverables with increasing independence by reviewing all Employee Programs for scope and impact, leading post-Pulse action planning, and partnering with the VP of HR on the Q4 Quarterly Connect (quarterly review cycle).

By 90 Days Operate with full autonomy to frame the overarching Employee Experience Strategy and deliver a prioritized roadmap for program rebuilds and launches that drive long-term business goals.
