Summary We are seeking an experienced Design Team Lead to spearhead our dynamic design department. This role plays a crucial part in driving the visual and user experience strategy for our B2B SaaS applications, ensuring innovative and high-quality design outputs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to achieve project goals and personal development.
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and user-centered design approaches.
- Oversee the entire design lifecycle from concept to delivery for all B2B SaaS products.
- Ensure all design outputs are consistent, high-quality, and reflect the brand's identity.
- Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate best practices into design processes.
Required skills
- 10+ years of experience in designing B2B SaaS applications.
- Proven leadership experience in a design capacity.
- Exceptional knowledge of design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and user-centered design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
