Global Compliance Training Program Manager

Description -

This role is responsible for leading large global training consulting projects and delivering campaigns related to the HP Compliance Learning Portfolio. The role requires collaboration with cross-organizational teams, and shaping the strategy for compliance learning and development priorities impacting all HP business units. The role applies advanced learning and development, and compliance subject knowledge to manage programs from strategy to implementation. The role operates at consultant level directly influencing stakeholders with subject matter expertise and learning thought leadership. The role contributes to the management of operational goals, finances, introducing process improvements, and aligning program priorities with business strategies.

Responsibilities

Education & Experience Recommended • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Learning and Development, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting, training design, facilitation, project management, and learning technologies

The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $140,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
