Position Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer will support production and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on process development, troubleshooting, and efficiency improvements while supporting both new product introduction and sustaining production. The ideal candidate is hands on, analytical, and motivated to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Compensation packages also include comprehensive benefits, 401K contribution and match, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs
