Morgan Stanley is a global financial services leader with three core businesses: Wealth Management, Investment Management and Institutional Securities. The Wealth Management Division comprises one of the world’s largest networks of Financial Advisors with offices across the United States. Morgan Stanley acquired E*TRADE in 2020 to position itself as the industry leader in Wealth Management across all channels and segments, and significantly increase the scale and breadth of the Wealth Management franchise.

The integration of E*TRADE’s Banking Services provides significant opportunities for growth and further integration across the franchise. In this regard, the Morgan Stanley U.S. Banks seek a talented and motivated Assistant Vice President to join the Retail Banking Product team within the Deposits & Cash Management organization.

The Morgan Stanley U.S. Banks (Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association and Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A.) offer a range of deposit and cash management products for Morgan Stanley clients across various channels. The team is responsible for retail banking products that help clients hold, access and manage their cash, including the E*TRADE Max-Rate Checking Account and the Morgan Stanley CashPlus Brokerage Account. Within Morgan Stanley, these products are part of the Transactional Deposits product suite. Deposit growth is also an important strategic initiative among other responsibilities.

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial and detail-oriented Assistant Vice President to join the Retail Banking Product team within Deposits & Cash Management, specifically supporting ongoing product enhancements and new initiatives across the retail banking and cash management product suite.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality products and continually improving existing client experiences. This involves working on products from initial concept through product launch and beyond. The individual will be expected to take ownership of initiatives, structure complex problems, align stakeholders and drive work from initial concept through execution. This role encourages collaboration and is well suited for an individual who can operate effectively across functions while taking ownership of outcomes.
