What You’ll Do ==================
- Build and Ship: Work in a fast paced startup environment to build high quality SaaS products that real estate professionals rely on.
- Own a Project: Take ownership of a summer project, making key product, architecture, and implementation decisions.
- Collaborate and Learn: Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring ideas to life.
- Deliver Impact: Work on scalable solutions from broadly defined problems and see your work in production.
Why This Internship? =========================
- Dedicated Mentor: You’ll work 1:1 with an experienced engineer who will provide mentorship and support your growth.
- Real Ownership: Over 10 weeks, early June to mid August, you will choose and lead your own project, making key decisions along the way.
- Fully In Person Experience: This is a full time, in office internship based at our beautiful New York City HQ in Soho. You’ll work on site five days a week and collaborate closely with our team, gaining hands-on experience in a fast paced, learning oriented environment.
- Showcase Your Work: At the end of the summer, present your project to our executive and engineering teams.
- Work on Real Features: Beyond your project, you’ll contribute to real features and bug fixes with a structured software development lifecycle.

Required for the Role =========================
- Passion for web applications, from the data layer to the front end
- Working familiarity with RDBMS storage systems and SQL
- Experience with a web application framework such as Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and React
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- Excitement to learn, grow, and build
Bonus Points for the Following ==================================
- Ruby on Rails experience
- React experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills developed during your college experience

Internship Dates: June 7 - August 13, 2027

Salary Information ======================
$12,000 for 10 weeks (minus applicable taxes and withholdings)
