Position Overview We are an innovative and rapidly expanding company seeking a highly skilled Sr. Global Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the mechanical supply chain on a global scale. In this critical role, you will manage the sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships for mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and materials used in our products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product development, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of mechanical parts while maintaining strong supplier partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mechanical supply chain management, manufacturing processes across a broad spectrum, raw materials knowledge, mechanical engineering design experience, manufacturing engineering experience, deep knowledge of global sourcing practices, can determine if a supplier is good with in 5 minutes of being on the shop floor and a proven track record of managing suppliers across diverse geographies.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $190k to $220k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
