This is a Pipeline requisition to source students' candidates for the UR Program in Puerto Rico for August 2026 or January 2027 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The positions will be located in our Abbott Sites in Arecibo, Barceloneta and Caguas. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The incumbents will provide support to Abbott Plants in the Technical Support area providing services based on knowledge acquired during engineering classes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
General requirement(s): -----------------------
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. --------------------------------------------------------------------
- Excellent interpersonal skills. -------------------------------
- Knowledge in utilization of software, such as: spreadsheet in Excel, Word, ER and PC literate. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Available to work overtime and weekends, if necessary. ------------------------------------------------------
Education requirement(s): -------------------------
- Senior (4th or 5th year) in Mechanical, Chemical, and Industrial Engineering student ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Minimum GPA 3.0 ---------------
