The Project Manager, RPI drives, tracks, and reports on efforts within the Research and Performance Improvement (RPI) team. Our mission is to use data to drive better outcomes for community health and safety, and this role helps the RPI team turn that data into improved outcomes.

This role is unique at ESO: you'll spend more than 90% of your time working directly with the RPI team, while reporting through the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This structure supports your development as a project manager, and your growth in turn helps sharpen the practices and outcomes specific to RPI's work.

You'll report directly to the Portfolio Director, EPMO, and receive your day-to-day work assignments from the Vice President of Data Strategy and Research. The Portfolio Director, EPMO will support your growth as a project manager, and that growth translates into stronger delivery of research projects and continuous improvement across RPI and ESO. This role is based Remote in Canada.
