The Source, Caesars Entertainment’s in-house creative agency, is looking for a Graphic Designer to support Caesars Digital, with a primary focus on the Nevada sports betting business. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, Digital Products, this role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital advertising and can move quickly without sacrificing craft.

This designer will create high-volume, high-impact creative across paid social, digital advertising, field marketing, on-property placements and a wide range of small-format executions. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, understands hierarchy, typography and composition, and knows how to communicate an idea effectively when space and time are limited.

The ideal candidate is also curious about emerging creative technologies and comfortable incorporating AI-powered tools into their workflow. This role is not about replacing creative thinking with automation. Instead, it requires a designer who can thoughtfully leverage AI to accelerate ideation, production and content adaptation while maintaining strong creative judgment, brand standards and attention to detail.

Because this role will work closely with the Nevada sports betting business, the position may split time between Caesars Entertainment’s corporate headquarters and its Las Vegas sports betting office. The ideal candidate is comfortable working closely with both creative and business partners and operating as an integrated extension of the teams they support.

Turnaround times within The Source can be exceptionally fast. This role requires someone who can manage multiple assignments simultaneously, adapt quickly to changing priorities and consistently produce thoughtful, polished creative at speed.

While this role requires strong executional skills, we're looking for a designer who can also think conceptually, contribute ideas and help strengthen the creative work from initial direction through final delivery.

Responsibilities ----------------

Develop creative supporting Caesars Digital, with a primary focus on Nevada sports betting.
Create advertising across paid social, digital media, field marketing, on-property and other customer-facing channels.
Work closely with the Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Account Services and Stakeholders to translate creative direction into strong visual executions.
Design across a wide range of formats, including small and highly constrained advertising placements where clear hierarchy and disciplined design are critical.
Translate campaign concepts and established visual systems across multiple sizes, channels, audiences and placements.
Partner cross-functionally with copywriters, motion designers, account teams and other members of The Source.
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven creative environment.
Build and adapt creative efficiently while maintaining strong typography, composition and attention to detail.
Work within established brand systems while identifying opportunities to elevate the creative.
Leverage emerging creative technologies and AI-powered tools where appropriate to improve workflow efficiency, support content development and accelerate production without compromising quality.
Respond quickly to feedback, shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
Prepare accurate, production-ready files and ensure consistency across deliverables.

Qualifications --------------

A Graphic Design with experience within an agency, in-house creative team or similarly fast-paced environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design, advertising and campaign execution.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
Experience designing for paid social, digital advertising and other performance-oriented digital channels.
Ability to solve creative problems within small or highly constrained advertising formats.
Experience developing creative across multiple channels and adapting campaign concepts across a high volume of executions.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience using AI-powered creative tools and a willingness to embrace emerging technologies that enhance ideation, production efficiency and creative execution while maintaining strong design judgment, craftsmanship and brand integrity.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of creative quality.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
A collaborative approach and comfort working directly with both creative teams and business partners.
Ability to receive creative direction, incorporate feedback quickly and continue moving the work forward.
Comfort working across multiple Las Vegas office locations based on business and project needs.
Knowledge of sports, sports culture or sports betting marketing is a plus.
