A successful ISP Project Manager will be responsible for overall project management of ISP projects, with emphasis on:

An effective ISP PM will work closely with their ISP engineer and other teams within the ISP organization to track/report real-time updates, as well as having a close knowledge of assigned projects.  In addition, the role will require expertise in defining, measuring, and reporting on key ISP project performance metrics with focus on improving visibility into on time delivery performance.

Ability to understand ISP project dependencies and make decisions based on project management rules is essential.   Position requires strong communication skills, ISP technical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.  Personal communication skills are critical, as this role demands constant interaction with the ISP engineer, internal/external customers, and internal support teams.

Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, such as OPT, TN, H1B or any other type of work visa, now or in the future.

Estimated base salary range: $68,100 - $104,700 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
