As a Director, Product Management, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact transformation initiatives across Global Product Creation by bringing Product, Engineering, Platform, and Business teams together to design and build solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and engineering, you will lead the development of product development capabilities and drive roadmap development, prioritization, dependency management, and execution discipline to maximize enterprise value and deliver a seamless, high-performance Tech Stack. In this capacity, you will define and drive the product group vision, roadmap, and investment business cases in direct alignment with Ford’s broader digital and industrial ecosystem goals. You will translate high-level strategy and business needs into clear product initiatives, partnering across product, engineering, platform, design, and business teams to own the end-to-end agile

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
