Overview

The Microsoft Business Operation - Frontier AI Team's mission is to agentify and automate Microsoft's business processes, putting the latest AI capabilities to work inside Microsoft as Customer Zero. We partner directly with business teams to rethink how work gets done - building agents, applications, and automations that reduce manual effort, simplify complexity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for a US-based  Technical Program Manager II / FDE  who can operate as a full-stack AI builder across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, GitHub, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and emerging AI development tools. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, understanding real workflows, challenging assumptions, and rapidly turning ambiguous problems into production-ready solutions.

The candidate brings a learn-it-all mindset, strong technical judgment, product intuition, and the ability to move fluidly from discovery to prototype to deployed solution. This person should be comfortable with AI-assisted development and "vibe coding" - using tools such as GitHub Copilot, GitHub CLI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related platforms to accelerate solution development while still owning quality, architecture, reliability, and business impact.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. We foster a culture of growth, innovation, collaboration, respect, integrity, and accountability where everyone can thrive.
