Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) powers the global infrastructure behind Microsoft's cloud platforms. Within CO+I, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) is responsible for delivering hyperscale datacenter programs that enable continued growth of Microsoft's cloud services worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Planning & Scheduling Program Manager with deep practical expertise in planning, scheduling, and Primavera P6 EPPM. The role requires someone who can develop and challenge complex, integrated schedules; apply Critical Path Methodology and bottom-up planning; assess schedule quality and risk; and translate project data into realistic, defendable Plan of Record schedules. In addition to technical planning capability, this person will help design, document, implement, and continuously improve planning processes that support the successful delivery of Microsoft’s global Data Centre portfolio.

The candidate will combine advanced planning and scheduling judgment with strong process-development and communication skills. They will champion industry-leading scheduling practices, establish clear standards and workflows, produce high-quality technical documentation, and communicate complex planning requirements effectively to regional teams, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders. They will also support the organizational change needed to embed new planning and schedule-risk processes consistently across the business.

Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will work in the hub office 3 days per week.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
