The Lead Principal Onsite Power Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the safe and disciplined execution of utility power delivery, substation integration, energization, and permanent power transition activities across assigned project scopes. This role serves as the primary onsite leader for power delivery operations, ensuring alignment between construction, commissioning, startup, utility providers, and operations teams during critical project phases.

This position requires strong field leadership, technical execution oversight, and the ability to drive coordination, readiness, and issue resolution in high-impact operational environments.
