As a recognized authority and leading contributor, this project management professional provides consistent innovative and high quality solution leadership.  Employs independent judgment in guiding highly complex activities involved in the successful delivery of large-scale client implementations, ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on large complex engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team and as a project lead, assists project team with all aspects of their roles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment and effectively influences decisions at the management level of internal and customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports the Task Order Owner/Task Order Lead in managing the end-to-end contractual delivery of large, complex projects.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
