As a Building Automation Engineer – Data Center Facilities, you will independently support the reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle performance of building automation and operational technology systems across OCI’s mission-critical data center environments. You will apply working technical depth to troubleshoot, configure, validate, and improve BMS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA, and OT infrastructure that underpins safe and efficient site operations. This role is expected to operate with a high degree of independence in live environments while partnering across Facilities Operations, Engineering, Commissioning, Reliability, and Security teams. The emphasis is on operational support, controls troubleshooting, commissioning quality, OT systems reliability, and disciplined technical execution.

Tracks and monitors ongoing Data Center critical infrastructure maintenance and repair for all service lines to pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs). Manages incidents that impact Data Center infrastructure services and the proactive and timely resolution of such incidents. Conducts site reviews and assessments to evaluate suitability for data center builds. Acts as the engineering representative on a wide range of moderately complex on-site scenarios related to mission critical systems, operations, and functionality. Provides engineering insight to ensure project or other design initiatives align with company expectations. Contributes to the identification of training programs for newer members of the team, acting as a subject matter expert with many standard systems and trains others on the team.

This is a mission-critical onsite role supporting 24/7 operations where continuous uptime is essential. To perform these duties, you must be able to frequently walk, stand, climb stairs, bend, stoop, and move throughout active operational environments. You may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. These tasks must be performed safely, with or without reasonable accommodation, to support the continuous health of facility automation infrastructure.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
