As a Lead Principal Software Developer for OCI Build, you will be a senior technical leader shaping the architecture, design, and long-term evolution of a critical OCI developer infrastructure platform. You will lead complex system and component designs, guide senior engineers, drive cross-group technical initiatives, and anticipate future needs across scale, reliability, security, and developer productivity. You will also influence technical strategy across organizational boundaries and communicate key architectural decisions, risks, and investment priorities to senior and executive leadership.

OCI Build is a critical developer infrastructure platform that enables OCI engineering teams to securely and reliably turn source code into deployable artifacts at cloud scale.

As a Lead Principal Software Developer, you will be a senior technical leader for OCI Build, shaping its architecture and long-term technical strategy while solving complex problems across distributed systems, build infrastructure, reliability, security, and developer productivity.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
