OCI Strategic Customers Engineering partners directly with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's largest and most demanding customers, including customers deploying large-scale AI and GPU infrastructure. These programs require close coordination across construction, power, cooling, engineering readiness, operational handoff, and customer delivery planning.

We are seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to bridge construction, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams. This individual will not own construction execution, but will work with the teams building and delivering the plans to understand how customer commit dates will be met, where risk exists, where timelines may slip, and what mitigation and communication plans are required.

They can bridge construction, engineering, operations, and customer conversations, translating ambiguity into clear risks, mitigation plans, decisions, and communication paths.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,600 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
