Ford’s Global Data, Insight and Analytics (GDIA) team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional efforts within our Big Data ecosystem for analytics and AI. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs that span multiple product teams and/or product lines. You will be the orchestrator of technical delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration, efficient execution, and successful achievement of strategic outcomes. This position ranges from salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $74,300-$192,900.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
