The Healthcare IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, implementation, and successful delivery of complex healthcare technology initiatives for federal healthcare clients. This role serves as the primary liaison between government stakeholders, clinical leadership, business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

Responsibilities ----------------

Basic Qualifications:

At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: At least 2 years Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience. At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Experience managing Healthcare IT projects supporting federal government agencies or government contractors. Experience working within highly regulated healthcare environments. Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders across government, contractor, and vendor organizations. Experience supporting executive-level reporting and customer governance reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience Project Management Professional (PMP)

Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), Indian Health Service (IHS), or other federal healthcare agencies.

Experience with federal healthcare modernization initiatives, interoperability programs, or enterprise healthcare system implementations.

Familiarity with government contracting environments, including performance-based contracts and program governance.

Experience with: Federal Healthcare IT modernization programs

Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Government healthcare implementations Large-scale enterprise deployments

Multi-site production go-lives Federal interoperability initiatives Health Information Exchange (HIE) Cross-organizational collaboration among government, contractors, and commercial vendors

Executive-level customer engagement Program governance and risk management Contract performance management Compliance with federal security and privacy standards

Expectations:

Willing to travel up to 20% of the time Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position Perform other responsibilities as assigned

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $81,700 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
